2018: Goals and Resolutions

New year, new me

A big hello to those of you that read my blog! I have some explaining to do….

I was doing great with posting to my blog basically every week and then in December, I just lost all motivation to write anything. I did think of lots of topics, but I didn’t expand any of them to become actual blog posts. I was going to say sorry, but then I thought, why should I? I’m only human right, I’m not a blog producing robot (or am I??). Life definitely got hectic in December but now its 2018 which means, NEW YEAR, NEW ME!

You heard it here folks, I want to start this year off fresh and accomplish the goals that I have set for my self. No more holding back, this is the year that I make big changes for myself!

Now, for the juicy stuff.

2018:Goals and Resolutions

When thinking of my goals/resolutions, I often think about the year before and what I accomplished then and then I write down whatever pops into my head; so these goals and resolutions will not be organized, but rather, they are copied almost word for word from my journal, where I originally wrote them.

  1. I really enjoyed this post! Thanks for sharing!

  2. Great list ๐Ÿ™‚ We have quite a few items in common.
If you want to take up yoga, I really recommend Yoga Zone: the videos look pretty outdated compared to the nice new YouTube productions but the instructors do a great job of explaining exactly how to breath, move and what to focus on in your yoga postures. It is really great for home workouts and stretches

    • Hello Madds

Thank you and thank you for the suggestion! I will have to check out Yoga Zone. I think that’s a great option because sometimes I really just don’t want to leave the house but I want to work out! ๐Ÿ™‚
