Midtown- Sacramento, CA

About two months ago, I had the opportunity to spend the afternoon in Midtown, a lovely neighborhood of Sacramento, California.

This charming, up and coming neighborhood located just steps from the California State Capital Building, is full of little restaurants and shops, including Magpie Cafe, where I had the pleasure of eating delicious french fries covered in blue cheese and honey.

I just about fell in love with every house that I walked past, each one telling its own unique story.

Walking around, exploring all of the shops located around Midtown, we came across Scout Living, a funky vintage shop that had all kinds of great mid century modern furniture as well as this beautiful succulent sitting right next to the front door. Soaking up the sun, this little one basically begged me to take a photo of it. I mean, just look at how aesthetically pleasing this plant is?
